Internet Vikings continues US expansion

IGaming hosting provider Internet Vikings is to strengthen its presence in the US with an expansion in Wyoming and Maine.

Internet Vikings has been expanding its presence in the US iGaming and sports betting market since early 2021. Launches in Wyoming and Maine are anticipated to take place later this year.

Internet Vikings has already signed numerous deals with other companies this year, including Oddsworks and Crab Sports.

Internet Vikings began a partnership with GAN in 2022, extending the partnership to 15 US states towards the end of the year.

Blake Riley, Director of B2B Sports Project Management at GAN, spoke positively about the reliability of Internet Vikings, saying: “The product and level of support provided by Internet Vikings has been impressive and we are optimistic about working with them in these new markets.”

Riley further praised Internet Vikings by saying: “Their expertise in iGaming and online sports betting hosting is a valuable asset to our business and we look forward to continuing to work with them as we expand into other US states.”

Founder and CEO of Internet Vikings Rickard Vikstrom has been vocal about expansion goals for the company, saying: “Extending our operations and continuing to deliver value to end-user customers is a top priority for us.”

He would go on to say: “We see the US as a crucial market for our business, and we are committed to providing exceptional services to our customers here.

“I am confident about our ability to help companies like GAN achieve their US market goals, and we look forward to exploring new opportunities for combined projects in the future.”
